I am open to see patients in clinic as of June 1st.
COVID 19 Precautions:
I will be using PPE including a face shield, mask, and gloves. Please bring your own face covering as my supply is limited. As well I will be prescreening patients at each visit and sanitizing all surfaces between patients. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone and appreciate your continued support. Online video conferencing will still be available if you are more comfortable consulting with me remotely.

Back pain can make it hard to move around and may lead to inactivity if it is not properly addressed. It is important to resist the urge to sit or rest in bed for prolonged periods as this can worsen back pain.
Remaining active is an essential part of pain management, but care must be taken to move around safely in order to avoid re-injury.
